We have developed the first Emissions Reduction Software which allows businesses to calculate, monitor and reduce their carbon footprint on a monthly basis. The software provides personalised sustainability action plans and sustainable development focused offsetting scheme that responds to the companies carbon footprint analysis.
The technology behind our software uses over 305,000 data points to provide the most efficient and accurate path to sustainability for companies. We continue to add both public and private data to our model so that companies have access to the most accurate and optimised plans on their journey towards sustainability

Role and Responsibilities
Providing written and by phone answers to any questions from our users regarding their experience of the product, its features and objectives.
Identifying the specific issue a user is having, and providing the technical assistance or other guidance they need to resolve it.
Assisting the user with knowledge and guidance about the software their sustainability journey, increasing their positive experience and results.
Implementing a system of templated messages to increase the efficiency of the service.
Providing feedback to the rest of the Plan A team about how customers are using the software, common questions and comments they have and ideas for improvements.
A sincere dedication to environmental action
1-3 Years experience in customer-facing roles
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Confidence in dealing with people
Fluency in English. Knowledge of German a plus.
