How do you calculate a company’s office carbon footprint?

This contains direct emissions from operations, indirect emissions from purchased energy, and other indirect emissions related to the office's broader activities. The GHG Protocol provides a comprehensive framework for calculating emissions activity data, divided into three scopes.

Scope 1: Direct emissions
